PLA Straw Extrusion Machine
JX01 PLA straw extruder production line is used for the extrusion production of biodegradable pla straws; the whole machine consists of material loader machine & pellet dryer, extruder, water cooling tank, haul-off and cutter and straw collection machine. The complete automatic production process also includes auxiliary equipment such as automatic straw feeder machine, air compressor, water chiller and so on.
Products Information
PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is a new developed eco-friendly material which is derived from plant-based starch. It has excellent biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in the soil within one year after disposal and without any pollution to the environment.
Application Scope:
- Food and beverage industry: beverage milk straws, candy sticks, coffee sticks, oral liquid straws;
- Other industries: balloon poles, small flag poles, cotton swab sticks, lotion nozzle tubes, etc.
Technical Features:
- New 50/65mm screw design, 33:1 L/D ratio, meet the production of PLA and PP material;
- The barrel adopts high efficient Nano-Infrared heaterswith cooling fan, for energy saving and environmental protection and stability;
- Equipped with automaticmaterial loader machine and drying hopper;
- Cooling water tank and water tank frame are made of 304 stainless steel; the water tank can be adjusted up and down, front and back, left and right directions;
- Belt traction cutting machinehas a variety of combinations to adapt to the production needs of different products. The top of the table and protective cover are made of stainless steel, beautiful and generous;
- It can be adapted with straw feeder conveyormachine, matching with automatic elevator and packaging machine to realize the automatic linkage program.
- Servo & Permanent magnet synchronous motors are available.
